Did you know that January is National Hot Tea month? Join us as Executive Director Annamarie Mariani-Huehn shares her knowledge and understanding of the art, science and culture of drinking tea. During this interactive class, we will explore the aroma, color and taste of three distinctive loose-leaf tea and their brewing techniques. Afterwards we will enjoy a cup (or two) of tea with infused sugar and honey.
And to add to the experience, Chef Willie will prepare some of his favorite sweets to accompany our tea.
